1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using FilesRoute, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
2. Service Description
FilesRoute is a file mirroring automation tool. You provide a download link, and we re-upload the file to your selected hosting providers (MEGA, Buzzheavier, 1Fichier, FileMirage, etc.). We act as an intermediary — we do not permanently store your files.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each account is for individual use only. Sharing accounts or automating access beyond normal usage is not permitted. You must provide a valid email address during registration.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use FilesRoute to:
- Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful software
- Engage in any illegal activity under applicable law
- Abuse the service through excessive automated requests or denial-of-service behavior
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access restrictions
5. DMCA & Copyright
FilesRoute does not store any files. We act solely as a processing intermediary — files are temporarily handled in memory and immediately uploaded to third-party hosting providers chosen by the user. Once processing is complete, no copy remains on our infrastructure. Therefore, FilesRoute is not liable for content hosted on third-party platforms. If you believe copyrighted material is being distributed, please contact the respective hosting provider (MEGA, Buzzheavier, 1Fichier, etc.) directly to request removal.
6. File Storage & Retention
FilesRoute does not provide permanent file storage. Files are temporarily processed on our servers and deleted after the mirroring job completes. We are not a backup service. Once uploaded to your chosen hosts, the file exists on those platforms under their respective terms.
7. Premium Subscriptions
Premium plans are billed monthly through our payment provider (Polar). Premium access expires 30 days from the date of purchase. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.
8. Rate Limits & Fair Usage
Free accounts are subject to usage limits including file size caps, concurrent job limits, and daily quotas. Premium accounts have higher limits. Abuse of the service may result in temporary or permanent suspension without notice.
9. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party hosting providers may experience downtime, rate-limiting, or policy changes outside our control. We are not liable for upload failures caused by external services.
10. Limitation of Liability
FilesRoute is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for data loss, failed uploads, or any damages arising from the use of this service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 30 days.
11. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose a risk to the service. You may delete your account at any time through the settings page.
